data & creativity go a long way

Creative Climate Strategies helps clients deliver equitable, innovative, and future-focused climate adaptation strategies that go beyond the status quo.

climate change, inequality, and gentrification are some of the toughest challenges cities face. they are interconnected and complex, yet most policies and market-driven solutions miss the mark on holistic outcomes, usually to the detriment of people who need investment the most.

research

I have helped organizations like the Rockefeller Foundation, World Resources Institute, and Waterfront Alliance understand the impacts of climate change on under-served communities, and best practices for inclusive adaptation policies and initiatives.

design

I work with landscape architects, engineers, and real estate professionals to help them better understand climate risks like sea level rise and extreme heat — as well as opportunities to enhance biodiversity and ecological function — at the project-scale.

engagement

An organizer by training, I’ve helped nonprofits and developers build coalitions through public awareness campaigns on climate change, and understand communities’ needs and historical contexts, to advance climate adaptation and renewable energy development.
